Slow Day was founded in 2024 in Portland, Oregon by Melanie Baczynski. 15+ years of combined experience in Interior Design and crafting digital experiences as a User Experience strategist has guided her unique creative process, ethos and aesthetic centered around building a healthy relationship with technology while embracing life offline. Her UX and research background has afforded Melanie the skillset to strategically dig beneath the surface and unpack her clients' hidden needs, resulting in thoughtfully designed spaces that are highly personal to each individual and their unique lifestyle.
